Diamond Fitness Systems (D.F.S) is a physician-regulated, wellness, and personal training program designed specifically for each individual to meet his or her optimal fitness, health, and wellness goals.

When trying to change your physical being, the single most important element is discipline. In creating a greater sense of control and well being, you must first start with goals and a regimen. Despite the fact that you have a desire to exercise, you may need help turning your intentions into actions.

D.F.S. provides you with all of your fitness and health needs, with a relatively small cost. Plus, this program is covered by many health insurance plans. For this reason, we've developed the slogan -NO MORE EXCUSES.

Overview of our Program

Each individual will have a fitness program designed for only that individual. Each individual not only has a vertain body type or structure, but what makes us all distinctly different from one another is genetics. Some people will be more genetically prone to excel at certain things like higher hormone levels to aid muscle building, and other more genetically prone to excel at things like losing body fat. For this reason, each individual must be evaluated and given the proper program for his or her needs. The D.F.S. creator has evolved with this system for almost the past 20 years. Many advances have been made in the nutrition/fitness world over the years ad the program has evolved with the times. We are extremely confident that we have the most knowledge and best results in the area and we have many success stories. It's a wonder we're not national.
